The weekly rhythm, every week
- One scheduled visit from the same caregiver, on the same day each week — checking how your loved one is doing, moving, eating, sleeping, and feeling, plus a safety check: trip hazards, fridge running low, prescriptions refilling. The same caregiver returns every week. Trust is built by familiarity, not rotation.
- Proof after every visit, the same day — a photo or video update and a written note, including anything they heard or noticed that day.
- Help with paperwork — medical forms, appointments, emails, and bills.
- A real person to call, day or night, in an emergency — FW, someone who already knows the house and your loved one’s routines, not a call center.
- A monthly summary and an honest conversation — whether things look steady or are changing, with a plain recommendation and no pressure.
- First in line when full care is needed — if the time comes for regular home care, your family is already known to us.
What FW Local Daughter is not
- It is not nursing or a medical assessment — FW Healthcare Services is a home health agency, not a nursing agency.
- It is not round-the-clock or live-in care — it is a weekly visit plus an emergency contact.
- It does not replace you, your loved one’s doctor, or emergency services — we call you first, and if needed emergency services.

Pricing
$299/month — the first 10 families to sign up get it at $199/month.

FW Healthcare Services, LLC is an AHCA-licensed home health agency (License #299996787) based in Greenacres, Florida. A local agency with local caregivers — not a franchise, not a call center. Office hours 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday, with 24/7 on-call support. Caregivers are trained through FW’s own home health aide program.
